Liv student has offered great accommodation for my first year with a great range of activities and great maintenance throughout the year.

Good service at reception, great maintenance team quick and responsive. Easy to use app, offer great social spaces. Great security and overall comfortable / affordable living.

Staff are top tier, rooms are real good and the 24/7 security makes you feel safe, there’s plenty to do with loads of facilities, gym is good and loads to do all the time. I’ll be booking for next year, everything is very accessible from where Liv is based, everything you need within a mile walk

Liv has a very warm atmosphere the staff are tremendous and rooms are spacious in an excellent location of Belfast

Moved up from small town settled in well thanks to ideal accommodation no issues atall since I’ve moved here !

The staff at liv Belfast are really friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend students to spend their first year staying at Liv as it is definitely the place to be!

To be honest I honestly believe that this is worth the money that we pay here , our other friends who aren't living here also have told me several times that the accommodation is very good and worth the money we pay with all the facilities available and with the proper location to the universities and to other places such as part time jobs , bars and pubs, shopping complex , grocery stores etc .

The staff are very kind and will always make an effort to help you with any questions or queries that you may have, The building itself so nice and modern and there’s a number of social spaces with lots to do

Amazing staff with excellent help and advice from the front desk, they put on so many events throughout the year for everyone to join in and get away from the relentless Uni work. The rooms are in great condition and lots of space for all essential needs.

Liv is a fantastic student accommodation. The staff are friendly and always happy to help over the simplest things. I always feel safe with the 24/7 security. Sometimes the internet can knock you off but it is a quick and easy fix.

Right from the door I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The room and the social spaces are fantastic! I can't say anything bad! An exceptional place I would go to anytime I'm in Belfast!
